Request Sponsor Support

We're very proud to be “The Orthodontist Who Cares,” and we're always looking for new opportunities to support our Jackson community. We would love to be able to sponsor every request.

Please follow the guidelines below to help our selection process. We regret that we are unable to donate to every request, but we look forward to receiving your application and will do our best to help your organization.

  1. Please provide a detailed instruction of your request: Name of organization, who the support benefits, details of event/advertisement, and who will attend event or see advertisement
  2. Please submit all requests at least four weeks prior to the due date to allow time for processing.
  3. Priority will be given to current and former patients of our office
  4. In lieu of monetary sponsorships, we may be able to provide “swag” donations

Never Felt So Welcome!

I’ve never felt so welcome and at ease as I have at Summit Ortho. My granddaughter had treatment there, and we were both pleased with the friendliness and updates we received. It's definitely a must-go place for braces!
